I know it's not popular, but I'm generally a lot more sympathetic towards Chuck than most. While he clearly has deep flaws that stem from his ego, self-righteousness, insecurities, etc, I think a lot of his behavior towards the end of his time on the series is reasonably justified, especially how he acts after Jimmy sabotages the property research on 1261. Not too mention, he deals with a mental disorder that he suffers from deeply, and it's hard not to empathize with that. But this scene, to me, is his most unforgivable moment. Beyond icing out Jimmy from HHM, the arrogance towards him in this scene is just sickening, especially when it comes after you see how hurt Jimmy is from the whole thing. Any decent person and brother would own up to it, and gently give their rationale (as selfish and misguided as it may be) to their actions. But instead he gives Jimmy a lecture on why he isn't good enough, and how he's not capable of ever being good enough. Tough one to watch.

I think one of the reasons Walt goes along with this so quickly is that, even though it's a lie, it's still a way of showing off how smart he is - *he* came up with a clever card-counting system and that's why they're so rich. I think Walt's reaction would have been very different if Skyler had made up a story in which she was the one who found a way to make millions.

Ce Mini-film est très touchant. Je n'ai pas personnellement de crises de paralisie du sommeil, mais j'ai des amis qui en ont, je trouve que cette situation est assez prise a la légère actuellement. Si vous connaissez des personnes qui sont victimes de ce problème, ne l'ignorez pas. Comme on peut le voir dans ce court-métrage, ce n'est pas juste un petit cauchemard. A part ça, le passage avec les araignées va traumatisez toute une génération 🤣
